Summer 8th Grade Physical Science

| Purpose: | This FREE training is designed to support the implementation of the 8th Grade Physical Science Georgia Performance Standards. |

| Who: | This five day hands-on summer workshop is designed for Science Trainers who will then return to your system and teach other science teachers. |
| What: | Training on 5 of the modules: Science of Toys, Energy in Our Life, Food and Cooking, Light and Sound Show, and Sports |
| When: | Dates: June 12, 13, and 16-18 Time: Each day is 8:30 - 3:30. Earn 3 PLUs for attending all sessions. |
| Where: | UGA-ETTC in Athens, River's Crossing Annex Building, Room 001 (directions)
Parking Policy: While visiting the Technology Training Center building on the UGA campus, park in the VISITOR designated area (Green parking spaces). You will need $2 in cash (correct change) to obtain a VISITOR PASS at green box directly across from the building. Campus parking rules and regulations are strictly enforced by the UGA Parking Services. |
